When Michelle became my coach, she challenged me to stop waiting until retirement to pursue my dreams and asked, ‘What would it look like to start those dreams NOW?’ With her support, I set my White Fence goal: climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. In 2015, I stood at the summit with the biggest smile on my face—something I never thought possible before coaching.
Over the years, Michelle helped me push through adversity, from recovering after a heart attack to returning to the John Muir Trail after a burn‑over. Her compassion, wisdom, and ability to say the right thing at the right time kept me moving forward.

Michelle is full of love and compassion. She is one of the most attentive listeners I’ve ever met, and she gives you the space to tune in to yourself—reminding you that the answers are already within.
Through our work together, I was able to step into some of my passions, like teaching yoga and working with energy healing. At work, I found more of my own voice and stopped being so shy. We explored many of the desires within me, and even though some haven’t come to fruition yet, I know without a shadow of a doubt that they are what I want—and they will happen in time.
